Once your enrollment is confirmed, we will send you a notification of the appointment by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. All in-person classes are conducted at one of our centers:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/9JTZdsJKo1zRguzx9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>36 Armenian Street, #02-03<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/PTEQsANyvWRj2rNB8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Sentosa, 31 Ocean Way<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> Students may join a class in any discipline at any point in time throughout the Academic Year. There will be no classes held on some public holidays and Bilingvi School&#8217;s holidays. Please find the Academic Calendar on the website bilingvi.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Payment System<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There will be no refunds if a student misses a class for any reason except the cancellation of that class by Bilingvi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The subscription is valid for a certain number of classes according to the Bilingvi Academic Calendar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Course fees <strong>must be paid in full before<\/strong> the trial class or prior to the start of the term (or start of attendance if joining mid-term). If any payments due under these Terms and Conditions are not made by their respective due date, we have the right to exclude your child from class.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>$50 penalty fee<\/strong> will apply per week if we do not receive payment on time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The first visit is paid as a trial class; after a trial class, a term subscription is purchased. For frequent travelers, there is an option to buy courses individually without a term subscription at slightly higher fees per class. All fees are available on the website bilingvi.com.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The subscription cannot be exchanged, transferred to another person, or refunded. For cases of students relocating to another country, we can make a refund only upon presentation of valid documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Program Transfer Policy<\/strong> If a client switches from one program to another and stops attending the original program, any unused balance from the first program will be credited and applied to the new program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sibling <\/strong>Discount: A 10%<strong> discount<\/strong> applies to the second and each subsequent child from the same family when purchasing a term subscription or a holiday camp of one week or more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Missing Class Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We value our clients very much and understand that plans may change. Thus, we give our clients an opportunity to catch up on missed classes by attending any other class within the same term, with prior approval of the date. Make-up classes do not carry over to the next term, except for classes missed during the last 2 weeks of the current term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please send a message to <a href=\"mailto:hello@bilingvi.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hello@bilingvi.com<\/a> or WhatsApp <a href=\"https:\/\/wa.me\/6583383136\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">+65 83383136<\/a> <strong>and receive a confirmation<\/strong> to book a make-up class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Collection from Class<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event you are not present to collect your child when the class finishes, they will remain with our staff. Please ensure that you are prompt in the collection of your child to avoid interruption of other classes. <strong>A $1 late pick-up fee will be charged for every minute<\/strong> after a ten-minute grace period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Sickness<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please do not bring your children to class if they are sick \u2014 this includes a runny nose or a cough. We realize that the common cold is no more than a temporary hiccup for many children, but for some, it can quickly develop into much worse. So please be considerate and keep your child at home if he\/she is unwell. Bilingvi reserves the right to ask parents to take their children home if they arrive at class clearly unwell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure the safety and well-being of all children, our attendance policy underscores the right to exclude any child from classes if they engage in behavior that poses a threat to the safety or emotional well-being of their peers, including instances of abuse or mistreatment towards others. In such cases, fees for unused classes will be refunded accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. Use of Images<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please be aware that we occasionally take photographs or videos of children taking part in their classes for our promotional material, social media content, and website. This content will be captured by our designated Bilingvi Marketing team. Please advise Bilingvi&#8217;s administrators or manager at the time of booking by email: <a href=\"mailto:hello@bilingvi.com\">hello@bilingvi.com<\/a> if you have any objections to photographs being taken and used for marketing materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ONLINE AND 1:1 CLASSES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Private Lessons are non-refundable, unless they were rescheduled\/cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time of the lesson.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the lesson is held online, the administrator sends a Google Calendar invitation with the Zoom conference number\/link. Please make sure you have enough time to start Zoom and join the conference slightly before the beginning of the lesson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case you failed to join the conference or there is no other party online, please contact our administrator immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the student hasn&#8217;t shown up within 15 minutes after the scheduled lesson started, the teacher leaves Zoom. The class is considered to have been held and cannot be replaced or rescheduled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>There is strictly no discount, refund, or other allowance offered for absence, illness, holidays, or any other reason for not attending the class.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Group Online Classes<\/strong> Group online classes that are missed by a student for any reason are <strong>not subject to make-up sessions and cannot be rescheduled<\/strong>. No credit or refund is provided for missed group online classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SOFT SCHOOL \u2014 ADULT PARTICIPATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each child may be accompanied by <strong>one adult only<\/strong>. To keep the class comfortable, our space allows a maximum of eight child\u2013adult pairs per session. If both parents wish to attend, please take turns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TEACHER AND ASSISTANT SUBSTITUTION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bilingvi reserves the right to substitute teachers and assistants at any time due to illness, vacation, or other circumstances. We will make every effort to notify families in advance, but we cannot guarantee prior notice in all cases. <strong>Substitutions do not entitle clients to class cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds.<\/strong> We appreciate your understanding and trust that all our educators maintain the same high standard of teaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Class Duration \u2014 Reduced Group Size<\/strong> If only one child is present for a scheduled group class, Bilingvi reserves the right to shorten the class duration.
