Where are classes held? Is it possible to have a teacher come to our home?
Classes are held at three locations in Singapore:

We believe that learning at the student’s home is less effective, so we do not offer home visits.
Do you offer ONLINE classes?
Yes, we work online with children aged 4 and older. Please, contact us for more information and to arrange an introductory lesson.
What courses and classes do you offer?
We offer a variety of programs: Russian language and literature classes, as well as many additional activities in Russian, from acting workshops to chess and a teen club.
In all our classes, children learn to express themselves and build relationships with peers and teachers. After all, language is primarily a means of communication and interaction.
What ages are your classes suitable for?
We have programs for children from 10 months to 17 years old. We also host family events and activities for adults.
What is BeeKidsClub?
It is a bilingual (English/Russian) program for children aged 1.5 to 6, where children can attend instead of a regular kindergarten and acquire all the necessary skills and knowledge in a playful and friendly atmosphere, in a group of up to 10 children. Our approach is based on the Reggio Emilia pedagogical principles—a gentle and respectful attitude towards childhood. We encourage children’s independence from their very first days at our center. Here, children explore themselves and the world around them, build their first social connections, and learn to communicate in Russian and English with native speakers. They dive into studying the most interesting topics, from space and insects to dinosaurs and human anatomy.
What are your center’s operating hours?
Our center is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. During school breaks and public holidays, we run holiday programs and language camps.
What qualifications do your teachers have?
All our teachers have a higher education degree (linguistic, philological, or pedagogical) and experience working with children. They continuously learn and participate in professional development programs at least 3 times a year.
Do you offer trial classes?
Yes, we offer a trial class for your first visit to any program. After the class, you can decide whether to purchase a pass for the remaining classes in the module.

What safety measures are in place at your center?
The safety of our students is our priority. Our center is equipped with CCTV cameras. All teachers and administrative staff complete a first aid course annually and hold valid certificates.
Do you offer convenient payment packages?
Our academic year is divided into 3 modules of varying lengths. After the trial lesson, we will enroll you in a group and issue an invoice for the remaining classes in the module.
What if my child goes on vacation and will miss classes in the module?
You can either pay for all lessons in the module and “make up” the missed classes within the paid period by attending any other classes at our center, or we can exclude the dates of your absence from the invoice. In the latter case, the cost per individual class will be 10% higher.
Can I leave my child at the center after classes or during non-class hours?
Yes, you can leave your child with a teacher in our “Stay and Play” program after classes until 7:00 PM on weekdays and until 5:00 PM on weekends. Please contact us for more information and to register.
If we miss a class on our current pass, is the lesson forfeited?
No, if a student misses a class, we can offer the opportunity to attend other classes at our center within the paid period. Refunds or carrying classes over to a future period are not available.
If a class is canceled by the center, we will offer an alternative class or a refund, at your discretion.
Do you offer discounts or special promotions?
You can receive a 10% discount for a second (and third) child, as well as special offers for attending Russian language classes twice a week. We also offer free trial lessons for new programs—follow our announcements!
