TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTION AND ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. Please, contact our friendly staff via WhatsApp +65 8338 3136, email hello@bilingvi.com, or form on our website to request enrollment in a course/classes. Once your enrollment is confirmed, we will send you a notification of the appointment by email.

3. Students may join a class in any discipline at any point in time throughout the Academic Year. There will be no classes held on some public holidays and Bilingvi School’s holidays. Please find the Academic calendar on the website bilingvi.com
4. Payment system:
– There will be no refunds if a student misses a class for any reason except the cancellation of that class by Bilingvi.
– The subscription is valid for a certain number of classes according to the Bilingvi Academic Calendar.
– Course fees must be paid in full before the trial class or to the start of the term (or start of attendance to class if joining class mid-term). If any payments which are due under these Terms and Conditions are not made by their respective due date, we have the right to exclude your child from class.
– A 50$ penalty fee will apply per week if we do not receive payment on time.
– The first visit is paid as a trial class; after a trial class, a term subscription is purchased. For frequent travelers, there is an option to buy courses individually without a term subscription at slightly higher fees per class. All the fees are available on the website bilingvi.com.
– The subscription cannot be exchanged, transferred to another person, or refunded. For cases of students relocating to another country, we can make a refund only upon presentation of valid documentation.
5. Missing class policy
We value our clients very much and understand that plans may change. Thus, we give our clients an opportunity to catch up on missed classes by attending any other class within the same term, with prior approval of the date. Make-up classes do not carry over to the next term, except for classes missed during the last 2 weeks of the current term.

6. Collection from Class
In the event you are not present to collect your child when the class finishes, they will remain with our staff. Please ensure that you are prompt in the collection of your child to avoid interruption of the other classes. A 1$ late pick-up fee will be charged for every minute after a ten-minute grace period.
7. Sickness
Please do not bring your children to class if they are sick – this includes a runny nose or a cough. We realize that the common cold is no more than a temporary hiccup for many children, but for some, it can quickly develop into much worse. So please be considerate and keep your child at home if he/she is unwell. Bilingvi reserves the right to ask parents to take their children home if they arrive at class clearly unwell.
8. Safety
To ensure the safety and well-being of all children, our attendance policy underscores the right to exclude any child from classes if they engage in behavior that poses a threat to the safety or emotional well-being of their peers, including instances of abuse or mistreatment towards others. In such cases, fees for unused classes will be refunded accordingly.
9. Use of Images
Please be aware that we occasionally take photographs or videos of children taking part in their camp for our promotional material, social media content, and website videos. This content will be captured by our designated Bilingvi Marketing team. Please advise Bilingvi’s administrators or manager at the time of booking by email: hello@bilingvi.com if you have any objections to photographs being taken and used for marketing materials like banners, digital marketing, or on our website.
ONLINE and 1:1 Classes
Private Lessons are non-refundable, unless they were rescheduled/cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time of the lesson.
If the lesson is held ONLINE, the administrator sends a Google Calendar invitation with the Zoom conference number/Zoom conference link. Please make sure you have enough time to start Zoom & join the conference slightly before the beginning of the lesson.
In case you failed to join the conference or there is no other party online, please contact our administrator immediately.
If the student hasn’t shown up within 15 minutes after the scheduled lesson started, the teacher leaves Zoom. The class is considered to be held and cannot be replaced or rescheduled.
There is strictly no discount, refund, or other allowance offered for absence, illness, holidays, or any other reason for not attending the class.
